Stray voltage problem. Please help!

Tonight I noticed stray voltage in my sump. Gave me a pretty good shock. I shut off each piece of equipment one by one to try and find the problem (assuming it was faulty piece of equipment ). I turned off every piece of equipment submerged in water and am still getting and shock (although less of a shock then before). Any thoughts? I don't understand why still getting stray voltage if everything is off that's in contact with water and I have my ground probe in. Nervous it's going to hurt my livestock... Thanks
