Hi,
I am thinking of picking up the Aqua Notes but would like to know if the AquaNotes connect via TCPIP to the Aqua Controller III? Thanks Simon |

Are you talking about the ACIIIPro or just an ACIII?

ok, I see.
If you're using the ACIIIPro, you need Aquanotes 3.1 I believe and from there you just tell aquanotes what IP address the ACIIIPro is configured to and thats it. Now, you can achieve TCP/IP access to the other aquacontrollers (that just have a serial interface) as well. You would need a host computer running Aquanotes connected to the aquacontroller via the serial interface. Then, on another computer (a desktop at work or a laptop if traveling for example), you would also run aquanotes as a client computer. You would configure aquanotes running on the client to log into the ip address of the server computer. You could then get full aquanotes functionality over the internet this way too. |

Where exactly do you input the IP address in Aquanotes? I just updated to 3.1 and do not see a place to do this. Still only get the direct connect.
Thanks, |
