first reef tank is moved...
What tests should I perform today? Aren't things going to be a little out of whack for a few days? Any help would be appreciated.

You might get some algae breaking out for a few days, but i moved my 55 6 hours, didnt test a thing and everythign was fine. Probably depends on how much you disturbed your sand.

Best way not to disturb sand I found is to take a large trash bag, cut it up so it fits the bottom of your tank, and put plates all around in corners etc, then on dish to collect the water before distributing into the tank. Once full remove plates and plastic and water will be mostly clear until you start putting in rock. At that point good luck. Before I tried this on a move I had to wait nearly several hours just to rearange rock and nearly another several hours before I could place coral. This way has save me lots of hours compared to previous moves.
